At Aloyo Foundation, legacy planning is at the core of ensuring the long-term sustainability and impact of our mission. Our focus is on establishing clear guidelines for family involvement, leadership transition, and succession planning. By fostering a strong foundation of shared values and strategic direction, we empower future generations to carry forward the vision and purpose of our work. Through this initiative, we:

  • Define roles and responsibilities for family members to actively participate in the foundation’s activities.
  • Develop leadership training programs to prepare the next generation for key decision-making roles.
  • Craft a detailed succession plan to ensure a seamless transition of leadership without compromising the foundation’s mission.
  • Create structures for long-term financial sustainability, including endowment funds and investment strategies.
Legacy planning ensures that the philanthropic efforts of today are preserved and amplified, enabling us to continue empowering communities, fostering growth, and making a difference across Uganda and Africa for generations to come. Together, we can secure a future where our family’s impact grows stronger with time.
